Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped Western kitchen and a large dining table, perfect for shared meals—all set against the same incredible backdrop.

Just outside, a generously sized infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, creating the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying the panoramic sea views.

On the main level, you’ll find the impressive master bedroom—an expansive sanctuary featuring stunning views and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking bathtub.

Descending to the lower level, you’ll pass a striking natural rock face integrated into the villa’s design, leading to three additional spacious bedrooms. Each room offers its own en suite bathroom and beautiful sea views, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Villa Cholchalee goes far beyond the expected. Across from the parking area, an outdoor staircase leads to a private massage room—perfect for in-villa spa treatments—as well as a dedicated cinema room with seating for up to 8 guests. One level below, you’ll discover a fully equipped gym, a games room, and a cozy reading and relaxation nook. Step outside onto the large chill-out deck to enjoy the fresh air and more of those incredible views.

To make your stay effortless, the villa includes a live-in couple who will prepare daily breakfast, handle housekeeping, and can arrange additional meals upon request—allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time in paradise.

Please note: Villa Cholchalee’s spectacular hilltop setting is what gives it such extraordinary views. As a result, access involves a relatively steep road, and we recommend using an SUV or 4×4 vehicle for a more comfortable drive.

• Fair electric usage 50 units/day ( Excluding monthly rate )
• Full time staff on-site (maid service & private chef)
• Daily Maid service, with bed linen changed twice weekly, towels as necessary

• Chef service for lunch (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Electricity excess charge 6.5 THB/unit
• Chef service for Dinner 1,000 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)
• Extra person charge @ 59 USD/bed/night (available upon request)

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival
• Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable
