• Electric fair usage 50 units/day
• Weekly maid service, with bed linen and towels changed on maid service day

• Complimentary round-trip airport transfer (arrival & departure)
• Baby cot & high chair available upon request
• High speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa
• Digital Safe for important belongings

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Chef service @ 1,500 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)
• Electricity excess charge @ 7 THB/unit
• Extra person charge @ 59 USD/bed/night (available upon request)

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival
• Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable
