As you enter into the large open plan living and dining area you are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors giving a bright and warm feeling. Open the large sliding doors and step out on the large poolside patio with the pool mere feet away from the living room.

Lounge on the patio on a comfortable sun lounger with a cool drink and a good book or cool down in the family sized pool.

The living room is well equipped with a large flat screen television as well as a bluetooth enabled soundbar giving you the ability to enjoy movies with high quality sound or listen to streamed music through your phone.

A fully equipped Western-style kitchen allows you to cook anything you desire from a simple pad-thai to a full Sunday roast for you and the family, or even take advantage of the villa’s private chef options

Two spacious bedrooms, both with large en-suite bathroom featuring large rain showers, are equipped with large king size beds. The back bedroom has a view of the garden, while the front bedroom has a view of the pool and garden.

If you want to enjoy the stunning Koh Samui sunsets, take a nice cold drink up on the large roof top terrace and enjoy the stunning views of Chaweng bay.

The Guest Management concierge team are arguably the best on the Island and are always ready to assist to ensure your vacation is as perfect as possible.

They can arrange for private transportation, at your discretion, together with all excursions Samui Island has to offer. Private massage, Spa and Chef services are available for Villa Namo guests.

Rental Rates Include:
• Property cleaned once per week
• Bed linen changed weekly, pool towels changed as necessary.
• Multilingual speaking Guest Manager (English, French, German, Chinese)
• Welcome/information Pack with the ‘owner’s recommendations’
• Free WI-FI throughout the villa
• Digital Safe for important belongings

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Electric: 5 THB / Unit
• Water: 800 THB / 6000 Ltr
• Private Chef at 1,500 THB per setting (guest pays cost + 20% for food)
• Airport transfers (Private transfer available on request)
• Baby cot and high-chair (available at small fee)
• Babysitting, massage & spa services (available on request )
• Chartered boat services (available upon request)
• Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $300 or 10,000 THB (cash only).
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
