Nestled atop the scenic hills overlooking the charming port of Nathon on Koh Samui, Villa Splash is an opulent retreat offering awe-inspiring panoramic vista of the tranquil azure seas and the surrounding islands, including the renowned Angthong Marine Park, the picturesque Five Islands, and the bustling comings and goings of fishing boats and ferries to the island. This luxurious haven is also a front-row seat to witness some of the island’s most breathtaking sunsets.

Villa Splash is a grand private estate that spans three levels and boasts five spacious en-suite bedrooms, along with a remarkable total of eight bathrooms. It features a poolside relaxation sala, a dedicated spa area equipped with two massage beds and a pedicure chair, a fully equipped Life Fitness gym, a games room adorned with a striking ‘X-Men’ red pool table, a serene library/study with a sun deck seemingly floating on a reflective pond, and a deluxe private cinema equipped with a three-meter screen and plush reclining seating for 12-20 guests.

One of the villa’s standout features is its expansive LDR (Living, Dining, and Recreation) area that seamlessly connects to the pool deck. This area offers a sunken lounge with comfortable couches and an adjacent dining space with a 10-seater teak table and an elegant polished white Corian bar, all complemented by a fully equipped Western kitchen. The high-end frameless floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide uninterrupted views of the spectacular surroundings, allowing guests to enjoy the vistas in any weather conditions, day or night. Whether opting for the refreshing sea breeze or relying on air conditioning, this space offers a comfortable living environment.

Villa Splash accommodates up to 12 guests, and all the bedrooms are spacious, well-appointed, and strategically situated to capture the breathtaking coastal views. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ample built-in wardrobes, personal safes, and en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in rain showers. Two of the bedrooms even feature indulgent Jacuzzi baths with waterfall features and therapeutic lighting.

Outside, sun enthusiasts can choose from various terraces furnished with comfortable loungers. The lower floor bedrooms open onto covered balconies with furnishings for private tropical moments. Landscaped terraces and towering coconut palms create a sense of secluded tropical paradise.

While it may not be directly on the beach, Villa Splash maximizes ocean views, and its sense of spaciousness more than compensates for any absence of sand. The highly trained staff is always at your service, providing a delectable breakfast daily. Additionally, a private chef is available for an extra fee to prepare exquisite meals throughout the day.

Part of the expansive 12.5-acre Lime Samui villa development, Villa Splash is situated in the lush coconut-clad hills above Samui’s picturesque west coast. It enjoys a secluded and peaceful location, approximately 10 minutes from Nathon town, where you can find basic shopping and dining options. For those seeking more upscale entertainment, the exceptional beachfront and hillside restaurants and bars at Four Seasons are just a 10-minute drive away, while the world-famous Nikki Beach club in Lipa Noi is reachable in around 20 minutes from the villa. Rental Rates Include:

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $1,000 (cash only) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
